Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

We guarantee the authenticity and quality of all products sold in our store. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund under the following conditions:

- Please contact us within 3 days from the date of receiving your order, ensuring that the product remains in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. The refund process will begin once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If the payment was made through electronic methods (such as credit card), the refunded amount will be credited back to the same card. According to your bank’s policies, the refund process may take up to one month to reflect on your credit card statement.
- Due to payment gateway policies, refunds for payments made via Mada cannot be processed after 14 days from the payment date.

Please note that the refunded amount will only include the product value, and our store is not responsible for any return shipping costs.

Non-returnable products:
- Clearance and promotional items.
- Products that are not in their original condition, have been opened, tampered with, or damaged.
- Products whose serial numbers do not match our records.

In special cases, if you receive an incorrect product or one that differs from your order or does not match the specifications listed on our website, we will arrange for free return and replacement. The product must be returned in its original condition, with its packaging intact and undamaged.
